What's the harm in eating too much mutton ?

Manda is known as White Floor, Refined Floor, All Purpose Floor, Pastry Floor.

First of all, let's understand how the brain is formed.

When wheat is processed, its fiber, lining, vitamins, phosphorus, and manganese are extracted from the waste, and the whiteness is due to chemical bleach.  Wheat is bleached with a chemical called benzoyl peroxide after PC to give the lamb more whiteness and shine.  Bleaching is done with oxide, chlorine dioxide on calcium to prepare the ground.

Normal food takes 24 hours to get out of the body, and digests fruit in 18 hours if ingested fruit or milk, and takes about 65 hours to digest if any rabbit is included in the diet 🥺😲 resulting in the brain sticking to the intestinal wall  Lives can also damage the wall, as well as damage nutrients, leading to an increase in stomach and intestinal diseases over the past five years following the increased trend on pizza, sandwiches, and junk food.

Excessive consumption of mutton dishes causes the following harms: -

Bad for the stomach

The brain is very sticky and smooth and lacks dietary fiber which makes it difficult to digest.  Due to which it gets stuck in the intestines and becomes a threat to many diseases.  Therefore, excessive consumption of mutton dishes causes constipation.

Increases cholesterol and obesity

High levels of starch in the lamb increase obesity, so consuming more lamb dishes increases cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.

Likely to develop diabetes

Excessive intake of mutton dishes quickly raises the level of sugar in our bloodstream and has a high glycemic index which raises the level of sugar in the body.  Sometimes our body digests the brain but by consuming too much, the production of isulit gradually decreases and this can lead to diabetes.

Excessive intake of mutton dishes weakens the immune system which increases the chances of getting sick.  To stay healthy, you should consume very little meat.
