Farmers will get 10 thousand rupees instead of 6 thousand in Anando / PM Kisan Yojana! The budget could be announced in 2021

PM Kisan: On February 1, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the budget for the financial year 2021-22.  Its preparations are in the final stages.  This time the government's focus is on farmers.  Amid the farmers' agitation on the Delhi border following the three agricultural laws, the government may make several big announcements in the interest of farmers in the budget.  It is learned that the annual amount of Rs 6,000 per PM farmer can be increased.

The government can increase the amount by 6 thousand rupees

The Central Government may increase the installment of Rs. 6,000 received under the Kisan Samman Nidhi.  In this time's budget, the farmers have demanded from the government that this amount is not enough for farming and it should be increased.  The budget estimate for the financial year 2019-20 was about Rs 1.51 lakh crore which increased to about Rs 1.54 lakh crore in the next financial year 2020-21.

In addition, the allocation for rural development has been increased from Rs 1.40 lakh crore in 2019-20 to Rs 1.44 lakh crore in 2020-21.  Under PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana increased from Rs 9682 crore in 2019-20 to Rs 11,127 crore in 2020-21, under PM Pak Vima Yojana from Rs 14,000 crore in 2019-20 to Rs 15,695 crore in 2020-21.

The amount can be increased from 6 thousand to 10 thousand rupees

Experts believe that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman may take a decision in her favor in the forthcoming budget with the aim of appeasing farmers who are opposing agricultural laws.  It is also known that the government can increase the annual amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi from Rs 6,000 to Rs 10,000.

The monthly installment of Rs.500 is very low

The government gives Rs 6,000 a year to farmers in three installments of 2000-2000.  That means farmers get only Rs 500 per month.  Farmers say that the amount received under PM Kisan Yojana is Rs 500 per month which is very low.  It costs about 3000 to 3500 rupees to harvest 1 vigha of paddy and about 2000 to 2500 rupees for wheat.  Rs 6,000 is very little help for farmers who have more land in Teva.  This amount should be increased to meet these costs.

The scheme was launched in December 2018

The scheme was launched on December 1, 2018 and under it the Central Government remits Rs. 6,000 per annum to the farmers' account in installments of Rs.  This benefit is available to all farmers.  Under this scheme, remittances are sent to the account during April-July, August-November and December-March.  As per the information given on the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi website, there are 11.47 crore beneficiaries of this scheme.

A big change in the rules of driving license in Gujarat, every driver needs to know this detail

Automatic motorcars will henceforth be valid in the driving test for obtaining a four wheeler vehicle license at the RTO.

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government has once again made it easier for motorists by changing the rules for obtaining state driving licenses.  Under the new rule, any driver will now be able to take a driving test even from an automatic car.

Explaining this, Sunaina Tomar, Principal Secretary, Department of Vehicle Operations, said that from now on, automatic motorcars will be valid in the driving test for obtaining a four-wheeler vehicle license at the RTO.  No official or man from a private agency involved in the test will be able to refuse to take a test drive in a car equipped with reverse camera, sensor technology, said the front secretary of the Department of Vehicle Operations.

Until now, the RTO rules have been arbitrarily interpreted as driving cars with manual instead of automatic gears.  In big cities like Surat-Ahmedabad, tests given by automatic cars were rejected.

In this regard, the front secretary Sunaina Tomar said that in the RTO, the sensor based tracking system is allowed to test driving with automatic car.  He said that amid the chaos created regarding traffic rules, the high-level meeting of the Department of Vehicle Transactions was held earlier.  In this meeting, it has been decided to make all the field offices including Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot operational two hours early every morning for the work including license, PUC and also to continue on Sunday.

Driving test can also be given with automatic car and reverse in car, parking camera on.  "This technology is for safety," he said.  However, if the private agencies operating the sensor-based tracking system validate the test with an automatic car or reverse camera, the citizen applying for a license can succeed in the first test.  Automated and camera-driven motorcars were not accepted as their revenue in the name of process fees would go down if they did not come to test frequently.  Now no official or agency can deny it.  The government is also considering setting up a call center-like mechanism for such complaints.

This website will have daily online quiz on every subject asked in the competitive exam.  If you are preparing for a competitive exam, you can visit our website every day.

The Government of India declared 26 November as Constitution Day on 19 November 2015 by a gazette notification. The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi made the declaration on 11 October 2015 while laying the foundation stone of the B. R. Ambedkar's Statue of Equality memorial in Mumbai.[2] The year of 2015 was the 125th birth anniversary of Ambedkar, who had chaired the drafting committee of the Constituent Assembly and played a pivotal role in the drafting of the constitution.[1] Previously this day was celebrated as Law Day.[3] 26 November was chosen to spread the importance of the constitution and to spread thoughts and ideas of Ambedkar.[4]

Constitution Day is not a public holiday. Various departments of the Government of India celebrated the first Constitution day. As per the Department of Education and Literacy, the preamble of the constitution was read in all schools by all students. In addition, there were quiz and essay competitions both online and offline on the subject of the constitution of India. There was a lecture on salient features of the constitution in each school. The Department of Higher Education requested various universities to arrange mock parliamentary debates in colleges, and the University Grants Commission (UGC) arranged an all-India quiz competition at Ambedkar University, Lucknow, where quiz winners of all states participated.[13]

The Ministry of External Affairs directed all overseas Indian schools to celebrate 26 November as Constitution Day and directed embassies to translate the constitution into the local language of that nation and distribute it to various academies, libraries and faculties of Indology. The work of translating the Indian constitution into Arabic has been completed.[13][14] Department of Sport arranged symbolic run named "Run for Equality".[13][15] There was also a special session of Indian parliament on 26 November 2015 to give tribute to the constitution and Ambedkar. The Parliament House complex was also illuminated on this occasion.[13]

Students of Andhra University participated in the 'Run for Ambedkar' rally to mark the occasion of the 70th Constitution Day, on Beach Road in Visakhapatnam on 27 November 2019.[16]

Drip irrigation system

With drip irrigation system, the total production can be about two-three times more than the amount of water we have.  There are two reasons for this.

Irrigation is possible in two to two and a half times the area as compared to other natives.

The constant increase in the required amount of moisture in the root area of the plant increases the yield per hectare.

The main parts of this system are pumps, driving machines, gravel, filter screens, filters, compost tanks, main line, sub main, lateral and drip plastic.  It is especially important to have a gravel filter if the water source is an open well.  Large particles, sesame, lilies, leaves and other wastes in open well water are dissolved in gravel filters.  The gravel filter is made of stainless steel cylindrical tank filled with sand and various gravel.

In this method drip water is given as per the need around the root area of the plant so that the soil stays moist but the roots get the required air as it is not irrigated with water.  This provides adequate water and nutrients to the plants on a regular basis.  The plants get uniform, uniform and as much water as they need.  Watering in the Nikpala or Surface Kayara system does not get air to the roots for the first four days, only water and air can get to the roots for the next seven days.  For the next four days the roots do not get enough moisture due to evaporation and sinking into the soil.  Thus watering every fortnight gives the plant a chance for its healthy growth.  The roots do not get air in the next days and do not get enough moisture in the later days.  So the only solution to the problem of underdevelopment of plants and low production is drip irrigation system.

Advantages

Some of the main advantages of this method can be considered as follows.

Eliminating water consumption due to evaporation and drainage saves 70 to 80 per cent of the water irrigated by this method, which irrigates more than double the amount of water.

Good quality and higher yields are obtained as water is supplied as per the requirement of the crop drop by drop.

The crop ripens early.  Thus the goods can be sold at higher prices than the initial shortage.

The opposite effect arising from salinity in alkaline soils is due to the presence of moisture which makes it possible to take more produce in such soils.

Chemical fertilizers and pesticides can be easily applied in the soil by drip irrigation when the crop needs it.  Fertilizing by dissolving it with water does not extend beyond the plant roots in the soil.

Crops can easily get the nutrients in the soil when needed.  This is because the nutrients are first soluble in water and then absorbed by the roots along with the moisture.  Thus in this method it is possible to retain moisture continuously in the original area.

Good use can also be obtained by efficient use of alkaline (saline) water.

Irrigation can be done easily without leveling the hilly land.  This also saves the cost of leveling the land.

ગુજરાતમાં વાંચવા માટે અહીં ક્લિક કરો

Soil erosion can be prevented.  In other methods, dhoria or nikpala also costs 5% of the land.  It can be prevented in this method.

10. Very little weeding reduces weed costs.  In addition, the disease spread by weeds can be completely prevented.

 Limits

This method is very expensive and huge investment is made in developing it.  The smaller the distance between the two lines, the higher the cost.  Therefore, this method is not economically viable for ordinary farmers for short distance crops.

 Maintenance

The following maintenance is required for the full investment of the capital investment made behind the drip irrigation system.

Clean the gravel and screen filter every week.

Run the system at the pressure recommended by the company.

To prevent drip jam, soak in water with concentration of 0.6% acid for about 15 minutes every two to three months.

Over a period of two to three weeks, clean each main and submain pipes by pouring water in the opposite direction.
